Project in The Hague / Netherlands on the lake next to Netherlands parliament.
From September 17 until October 17, 2004 ten artists from the Netherlands and ten painters from the new Member States of the European Union will exhibit their work on the historical Hofvijver in The Hague. Ten pontoons will be situated on this lake, each provided with two wooden frames, which will be transformed into works of art. On one corner of each pontoon a frame by a Dutch artist will be shown and on the opposite corner the frame of a guest-artist.
